With over 7 years experience in Development and Communications I have led successful campaigns that have exceeded financial budgets and  maximizing opportunities for individual and organization growth. Hi, my name is Pauline Auguste. As a little girl I grew up watching my mom cook and bake. Eventually I started cooking along side her, and this sparked my interest and passion for food. My passion grew and I decided to further my knowledge. I acquired an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts/ Restaurant Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. I have worked in various companies such as Walt Disney World, catering for various company's luncheons and many weddings, and the Department of Education where I've held leadership positions serving food to over 2000 students.

Food has always been a symbol of love and family for me and this is what I plan on implementing as the Director of Food Services at CHiPS. My mission for being the director of CHiPS is to ensure that every guest is served a hot meal and feels welcome to come again. I believe in CHiPS mission and I am excited to be a part of the CHiPS family.

David Orellana is the Associate Food Service and Pantry Manager at CHiPS. Interested from a young age in art and finding enjoyment in museums, musicals, and being in nature, David graduated with a degree in graphic design. But he was called back to food service.

David's interest and experience in the food industry came first from working with his parents at their fast-food restaurant in Ecuador. There he learned the ins and out of restaurant work, and many skills that he applies in his work at CHiPS today. Working in the food industry in the States, David quickly noticed the amount of food waste and the seeming lack of interest in finding a solution that wasn't just "throw it out." When David came to CHiPS, he was inspired by the model of food rescue in the service of feeding hungry people.
